Job description

I. Job Summary

Utilizing the Nursing Process of assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating, the Field Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care for children, adolescents, adults and geriatric clients; Case management of assigned patients, supervision of assigned personnel, and promoting collaboration among the multi-disciplinary health care team.

II. Duties And Responsibilities

Duties: Employee will be required to be readily available to work during any weather related incidents or other natural disasters and or an emergency situations that may arise.

III. Education

At least one year nursing experience in an acute hospital setting preferred. Community Health Nursing preferred but not mandatory.

IV. Qualifications And Experience

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
