Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour plus mileage
Location: Nevada City and surrounding areas
Schedule: 1st shift (30-40 hours per week depending on availability)

About the Role
ShareSTAFF is hiring a traveling Residential Cleaner for a contract assignment at a Residential in Nevada City CA. We are seeking a dedicated Residential Home Cleaning Professional to join our dynamic cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive cleaning services to residential clients, ensuring their homes are spotless, sanitized, and comfortable. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong time management skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to creating clean and welcoming environments for our valued clients.
 
What You'll Do
  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, adhering to established cleaning standards
  • Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain high hygiene levels across all surfaces
  • Utilize appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively for tasks such as floor care, carpet cleaning, dusting, and surface sanitation
  • Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
  • Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or appliances with proper technique to ensure safety
  • Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques
  • Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide tailored cleaning solutions
  • Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes without compromising quality
  • Follow health and safety guidelines consistently to ensure a safe working environment
 
What You Bring - Required
  • Minimum 1 year of cleaning or janitor experience
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and DMV screening
  • Must be able to provide valid car registration and insurance
