Position Overview:
As a After Close of Escrow (ACE) - Sales Representative, you will focus on selling Smart Home Security and Camera System with Alarm.com App. Additional sales may be gained from Wireless Access Points, Home Theater, and Audio Speakers that may be pre-wired for.

• Key Responsibilities
  
  • Achieve sales goals negotiated with President which include number of Project Awards, Contracted Total Amount Goal, Geographic Regions of Awards.
  • Working in coordination with Home Technology Specialist (Options) Manager and builder for facilitating homebuyer meeting to capture Alarm and Low Voltage Options
  • Meet Fire Sprinklers and Low Voltage Technology sales pipeline goals to obtain required awards
  • Successful Builder/Contractor relationships and overcoming challenges to support mutual success.
