Job description

Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) & Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Per Diem

Pay:

OT: $80 per visit or $120,000 annually for direct hires

COTA: $60 per visit

Per-visit rates may be increased on a case-by-case basis for hard-to-fill visits, last-minute coverage, or other special circumstances.

Location: O’ahu, HI (Must have reliable transportation)

We’re currently hiring licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) who are passionate about improving lives through quality, in-home and community-based therapy.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to clients in their homes
  • Conduct initial and follow-up assessments, including fall risk evaluations (OT)
  • Implement individualized treatment plans to improve independence and safety
  • Educate clients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and home safety
  • Oversee client progress and ensure top-notch care
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed OT or COTA in Hawaii
  • 1+ year of clinical or home health experience
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Comfortable with outreach and public presentations
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
