The Seasonal Mosquito Technician is responsible for performing routine mosquito control treatments at customer homes throughout the mosquito season. This role focuses on delivering consistent, high-quality exterior treatments while providing a professional and positive customer experience. This role is based in our Annapolis Junction, MD branch.

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled mosquito control treatments at residential customer locations according to company procedures and training
• Apply mosquito control products safely and effectively to exterior areas of customer properties
• Follow daily routes and service schedules assigned
• Provide courteous, professional interactions with customers and address basic service-related questions
• Maintain accurate service records, service tickets, and system entries, submitting all documentation on time
• Conduct daily check-outs with management as required before completing the final stop of the day
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning company vehicle in accordance with company standards
• Attend required meetings and complete all assigned training, including Pest Web Training

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older, posses a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.  Driving record must meet the company’s insurance standards.    
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

• This position offers an hourly base pay of $18.00/hour, with additional compensation opportunities.
