We are currently seeking an audiologist or hearing instrument specialist to join our Audiology & Training team. The successful candidate can sit any where in Canada as this is a remote, home based role.Â
How you will Make an Impact:
As a member of the Audiology & Training team, you will be part of our multi-disciplinary group with responsibilities relating to the following areas:
- Â Focus on providing audiological phone support to our customersÂ
- (fitting, troubleshooting, software, instrument selection, etc.) and technical product reviews
- Collaboration with Sales and Training with possibility of some travel requirementÂ
- Participation in seminars, workshops, and product launches
What You Will Need:
- Master's degree or equivalent in Audiology or Hearing Instrument SpecializationÂ
- 2+ years experience within a clinical environment
- Knowledge of NOAH and manufacturer software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills to interact with customers
- Experience in selection and fitting of Hearing Instruments and FM systems
Skills and Experience:
- Background knowledge and experience with the following audiological tasks:
- Testing, fitting hearing aids, programming software and verification equipment
- Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent time management and negotiation skills
- Strong technical problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Participation in seminars, workshops, and product launches
- Bilingual in English and French, written and verbal is mandatory
