Job Summary:
Zynga is a global leader in interactive entertainment, known for its diverse game portfolio. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a team in developing a new casual game, focusing on driving results and business performance.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of cross functional developers to take features and initiatives from concept to launch. Report on feature performance and share learnings with the team as well as externally across the studio.
• Apply a hypothesis-based analytical approach and conduct experimentation. Develop expertise in core and domain specific metrics.
• Maintain focus on business goals and objectives while leading feature teams. Advocate for your team, your customers, and the business.
• Deliver detailed reporting on active experiments and game performance, distilling key observations into clear action plans that drive results.
• Work in a highly iterative and collaborative live game environment.
• Continuously strive to improve the business by playing the game, prioritizing feedback, and proactively pitching solutions and ideas.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of experience in product management in live free-to-play video games, with experience in casual and dice games preferred.
