Job Summary:
Zynga is a global leader in interactive entertainment, known for its diverse game portfolio. The Project Manager will provide direction and leadership in planning and implementing programs that enhance player engagement and retention, collaborating across teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with and oversee PSO studio integrations across multiple studios.
• Manage process documentation, contracting workflows, and vendor relationships, working primarily with USA-based partners.
• Provide direction and leadership across the entire lifecycle of PSO initiatives (planning, development, testing, and release).
• Support VIP operations and new studio onboarding, managing the complete integration lifecycle and maintaining dotted-line accountability to CS leadership.
• Manage program/project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery within resource constraints.
• Provide cross-team support for Sweepstakes and special initiatives.
• Take existing, externally-owned systems and ensure PSO needs are clearly integrated and requirements are met.
• Serve as primary problem-solver and liaison between technical, business, and product teams.
• Lead post-program reporting and documentation refinement to establish scalable processes.
• Monitor task execution to ensure timely delivery of PSO initiatives and programs.
