Job description

Make a meaningful impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist where you'll support students in their academic and personal growth. In this contract-to-hire role, you'll have the opportunity to serve school-aged children using your expertise to deliver specialized therapy-whether in-person or via teletherapy.
You'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
  • Developing tailored treatment plans based on individual needs
  • Leading therapy sessions to address students' specific speech and language objectives
  • Regularly documenting progress and outcomes in alignment with school requirements
  • Collaborating with teachers, counselors, and other professionals to craft holistic interventions
  • Educating and empowering families to reinforce therapy strategies at home
  • Contributing to IEP meetings and providing expert recommendations as needed
Qualifications include:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure, or eligibility for licensure, as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience within pediatric or school-based settings highly valued
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to operate both autonomously and in a collaborative environment
  • Compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
