This position is primarily onsite, providing care in the homes of our patients. As a member of our orthopedic team, you will collaborate closely with other healthcare providers while adapting to the unique conditions of each patient's living environment. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities, developing personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• A current state license in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required prior to employment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Proficient computer skills, including word processing and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, are required.
