Project Manager - Luxury residential Construction

The Role

Lead high‑end residential construction projects from start to finish—owning the process, the outcome, and the client experience.

You will:

  • Manage and lead teams of carpenters, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Drive project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
  • Coordinate daily jobsite operations and ensure work aligns with plans and specifications
  • Monitor critical paths and proactively solve problems in real time
  • Maintain clean, safe, and OSHA‑compliant job sites
  • Ensure projects stay on time and on budget while protecting profit margins
Responsibilities

Project Execution

  • Oversee all phases of construction from pre‑construction through completion
  • Ensure work meets drawings, codes, and client expectations
  • Conduct pre‑closing walkthroughs and manage punch lists
  • Direct field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Communicate expectations clearly around safety, quality, and performance
  • Step in and assist in the field when needed
  • Work closely with in‑house architects, designers, estimators, and operations
  • Coordinate materials, schedules, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution
  • Review and approve invoices, deliveries, and project documentation

Client Experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact on‑site
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with clients throughout the build
  • Build strong relationships that lead to long‑term trust and future business

Systems & Communication

  • Utilize BuilderTrend and company systems to manage communication and documentation
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and project dataMaintain strong internal communication with leadership and team members
