About Us:
Are you a skilled Lube & Tire Tech with real shop experience who’s serious about building a career — not just clocking in?
At OK Tire and Automotive Inc., we believe no sale is more important than the customer — and that includes our employees. We’re a family-owned shop that values hard work, honesty, and growth. If you're looking for a place to call home in the automotive industry, we want to meet you.
We’re also big on promoting from within — and we’ll give you the tools and training to move up in your career.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Lube & Tire Technician with at least 1 year of hands-on shop experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-minded individual who is passionate about cars and wants to grow in a fast-paced, team-first environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, flat repairs, and other basic maintenance.
  • Inspect and document vehicle condition.
  • Assist with vehicle check-ins and shop cleanliness.
  • Support techs with general repair tasks as needed.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with team members and customers.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an automotive or tire shop.
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • ASE certification is a plus, but not required (we’ll help you get there).
What We Offer:
  • Monday through Friday schedule – No weekends!
  • Competitive hourly pay with performance-based increases.
  • Paid training and ongoing skill development opportunities.
  • Apprentice program for ASE certification.
  • A company culture that’s serious about promoting from within.
  • Family-owned and operated — you’re not just a number here.
  • Supportive leadership and a respectful, team-focused shop.
  • A clear path to grow with us — not just a job, a future.
