Because our technicians work independently inside customers' homes and businesses and operate company vehicles, all applicants must meet our customer, insurance, and company hiring requirements.

Minimum qualifications include:

Be at least 21 years of age (required by our commercial vehicle insurance carrier).

Hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Successfully meet our background screening requirements:

No felony convictions.

No pending criminal charges.

Misdemeanor convictions are reviewed on an individual basis.

Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen. Madison Telecommunications is a Drug-Free Workplace.
