Home Based Surf Camp Managers are professionals who oversee the operations of surf camps, often from a remote or home office location. They may also handle logistical tasks such as scheduling lessons, managing finances, and maintaining communication with suppliers or local partners. Working from home allows them to manage multiple locations or camps, especially during off-peak seasons. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, as well as knowledge of the surfing industry.
