Description:
We are seeking an outgoing and energetic cashier to provide each of our Surf Bagel guests with a friendly and positive customer experience.
Core Responsibilities:
Greet each guest with a friendly smile and a kind welcome
Take both in-person and phone orders and accurately input them into the POS
Manage online order pickup
Maintain a clean and well stocked dining room, including coffee station
Organize and stock merch area
Stock drink coolers and grab-n-go units
Open and close station to Surf Bagel standards

Prioritize the guest experience by providing friendly and positive interactions
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Keep assigned area clean and well attended, including DR, coffee station and rest rooms
Develop in-depth knowledge of food items and recipes
Maintain focus and energy during fast-paced service
Able to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time
Useful qualifications:
Proven experience working as a cashier or in a similar customer service role
Capacity to remain calm under stress
