Pay: 12%–15% of the total job cost (based on experience and performance)

Westside Shower & Bath is looking for experienced and dependable Bath Installers to join our growing team. We specialize in transforming bathrooms with high-quality bath and shower solutions that improve the comfort, style, and value of our customers' homes.

This is a great opportunity for skilled installers who take pride in their craftsmanship and want the ability to earn based on the quality and volume of work they complete.

What You'll Do
  • Install acrylic bath and shower systems
  • Complete bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish
  • Perform demolition, preparation, installation, and finishing work
  • Complete carpentry, trim work, and basic plumbing tasks as needed
  • Ensure installations meet company quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site
