Must-Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of professional software engineering experience developing and delivering production software.
Experience building full-stack applications, APIs, and web-based solutions using modern development frameworks and technologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, and collaborative development practices including Git and code reviews.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills witha track recordof delivering high-quality solutions.
An ownership mindset with experienceleveragingAI-powered development tools and an AI-first approach to software engineering.
Nice to Haves:
Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure automation, or deployment processes.
Experience integrating AI or GenAI capabilities into software products, workflows, or customer-facing solutions.

Pay Transparency for Colorado Applicants
The base salary range for this role is $130000 to $150,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
