If you’re looking to step away from 12-hour shifts, hospital stress, and being stuck inside all day, this could be a great fit.

FirstLight Home Care of Dothan is hiring a field-based RN Care Coordinator to meet with clients in their homes, build relationships with families, and help guide care decisions throughout the Wiregrass area.

This is not a traditional nursing role. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, working independently, and being out in the community.

What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct inhome assessments for new and existing clients
  • Build relationships with clients and families
  • Help families feel confident moving forward with care
  • Complete required VA RN assessments (training provided)
  • Visit current clients and check in on care needs
  • Work closely with scheduling and leadership teams
  • Manage leads and followups using our CRM system

    • Compensation:

    $50,000 base salary + Performance Bonuses

    • Top performers can realistically earn $60K–$65K+ annually.
