Regional Sales Manager - U.S. Territory
Own the territory. Open new ground. Win complex deals.
Are you a trailblazer - someone who sees uncharted territory as a challenge, not an obstacle? We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager located in the Greater Chicago Areawho thrives on competition, autonomy, and the challenge of opening new markets.
You will represent our portfolio of complex automated packaging equipment, working directly with decision-makers to uncover opportunities, influence outcomes, and close high-value, technically sophisticated projects. This role requires extensive travel across the United States as well as regular travel to our headquarters in Montreal, as well as a high level of personal drive, resilience, and ownership.

  • Own and develop a U.S. or Canadian sales territory for complex, capital packaging equipment
  • Prospect, qualify, and advance new business opportunities in uncharted or underdeveloped markets
  • Lead long-cycle, consultative sales processes from initial engagement to contract close
  • Influence technical, operational, and executive stakeholders through credibility and persistence
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Applications, and Operations to craft winning solutions
  • Adapt priorities quickly to maximize momentum and results
  • Represent the company at customer sites, industry events, and trade shows
