Behavior Technician (RBT/BT)
Job Summary:
Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician BT/RBT to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Accurately collect and record data on client progress
Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment
Schedule:
Monday through Friday. 4:30 PM -6:30 PM
Flexible scheduling based on availability
Requirements:
This position does not require an active RBT certification. However, candidates must have prior experience as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). If you are not currently certified, we can assist you with obtaining your RBT certification.
High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
Previous experience in ABA or working with children
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
