Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and diagnostic interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, integrating various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, adapting to the unique therapeutic goals of each client and addressing their resources for growth.
• Offer teletherapy services to enhance accessibility for clients facing geographical or logistical challenges.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and professional standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Participate in regular case reviews and professional development sessions to continuously enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a licensed mental health therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients.
• Possess an empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental demeanor while effectively engaging clients in a therapeutic process.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, essential for managing a diverse caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing teletherapy services and understanding of digital health platforms.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices specific to trauma-informed care.
• Previous work in a private practice or mental health clinic setting is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive salaries ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on your caseload and relevant experience.
