Position Title
Physician - Hospitalist (Hybrid Shift)
Liberty Hospital
Position Summary / Career Interest:
Physician - Hospitalist (Hybrid Shift)
Liberty Hospital, now part of The University of Kansas Health System, is seeking hospitalists to join its expanding team in delivering the highest quality of care in a hybrid shift-based role
This position will follow a 7-on/7-off schedule with a balanced mix of 17 weeks of night coverage and 9 weeks of day coverage, including full day blocks and swing shifts.
Some daytime blocks include shortened 5-day work weeks, offering additional flexibility.
The role will include a variety of clinical responsibilities including admissions, rounding, and cross-coverage. This hybrid-based approach is designed to provide both professional engagement and sustainable work-life balance within a supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications:
  • MD/DO

  • Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine

  • Eligible for licensure in Missouri
