Job description

Ready to own a critical bottling line?

Can you spot a capper issue before it slows the line? Are WI’s and SOP’s your go‑to playbook? If you thrive on precision, safety, and continuous improvement, you’ll feel at home operating our bottle filler, capper, decasing, and case packing systems—while coaching temporary teammates to do things the right way.

What you’ll tackle
  • Run the filler and capper with discipline and care; manage decasing and case packing operations to plan.
  • Troubleshoot anomalies, complete efficient changeovers, and perform basic maintenance to keep output steady.
  • Carry out quality checks and labeling reviews; document results fully and maintain complete inspection records.
  • Model and teach safe, high‑quality operating practices to temporary employees.
Standards you’ll uphold
  • Safety first: follow all area requirements, prevent unsafe work, and immediately report concerns, accidents, and near misses; file safety work orders as appropriate.
  • Engage in the plant Behavior Based safety program and participate in facility‑wide safety inspections and accident investigations.
  • Keep the workspace clean and orderly—always.
  • Hit daily production goals while aligning with safety, quality, food safety, and regulatory expectations; reference WI’s and SOP’s to guide decisions.
  • Own the bottling line SOPs and perform to spec; build inspection, lubrication, and equipment setup into your daily routine.
Improve every run
  • Drive quality‑focused actions that lift performance to award‑winning levels and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Measure progress using departmental KPIs; follow SOPs and best practices to deliver maximum quality and internal customer service.
  • Recommend enhancements to Boston Brands of Maine bottling processes; optimize resources to elevate quality inspections, labeling, and overall machine operation.
  • Communicate clearly across departments; help meet financial targets by reducing cost and waste without compromising product quality.
Essential duties
  • Execute case feeding, quality inspection, case packing, and labeling.
  • Work responsibly within Company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Complete all documentation accurately and maintain thorough inspection records.
Schedule and growth

Shift: 5:20pm–5:30am on a 2-2-3 pattern. Pay: approximately $24.00 per hour based on years of experience, with opportunity for growth.

Must‑have qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
