Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Personal Assistant / House Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of a private household while supporting a busy lifestyle with efficiency and care. This primarily in-person role, with some hybrid flexibility, is designed for someone who takes pride in maintaining a well-run home and anticipates needs before they arise. Working closely under the guidance of the Executive Assistant, the Personal Assistant will focus on ensuring that the household environment, personal routines, and daily logistics operate seamlessly and to a consistently high standard.
The role spans household management, personal support, pet and home routines, events and hospitality, and travel preparation. Responsibilities include coordinating cleaning and organization, managing packages and supplies, assisting with laundry and general upkeep, running personal errands, scheduling appointments and reservations, supporting styling and transportation needs, and assisting with pet care and household routines. The Personal Assistant will also help plan and prepare for personal events and gatherings to ensure a polished guest experience, and manage travel preparation from packing and outfit coordination to unpacking and setup upon arrival. In close partnership with the Executive Assistant, this role ensures that household priorities, personal systems, and daily standards are executed consistently, allowing the principals to focus fully on their professional and personal commitments.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
