To thrive as a Home Based Online RBT, you need foundational knowledge in applied behavior analysis (ABA), an active RBT certification, and experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. Familiarity with telehealth platforms, data collection software, and secure communication tools is essential for remote service delivery. Strong communication, patience, and adaptability are crucial to engage clients and collaborate effectively with families and supervising behavior analysts. These skills ensure effective intervention, accurate data collection, and positive outcomes for clients in a virtual environment.

What is a Home Based Online RBT?

A Home Based Online Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a certified paraprofessional who delivers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients, typically children with autism, from their own home via online platforms.
