These roles typically involve tasks such as data entry, writing, transcription, online research, graphic design, or customer support via email or chat. They are ideal for individuals who prefer to work in a quiet environment or who may not feel comfortable with phone-based communication. Many companies offer such jobs to accommodate a variety of work preferences and needs.

What skills and qualifications are needed for a home based no phone calls job?

To excel in a home-based, no phone calls role, you typically need strong written communication, time management, and self-motivation, often supported by relevant experience or skills in areas like data entry, writing, or customer support via chat or email. Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Trello, or project management software and sometimes proficiency in specific platforms (e.g., Zendesk, WordPress) is important. Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently are standout soft skills for these positions. These abilities ensure productivity, effective remote collaboration, and high-quality work without direct phone-based interaction.

Job description

We are looking for someone to make weekly phone calls to our home hospice patients. You will make "tuck-in calls" to make sure that the patients and families have everything they need for the weekend. Phone calls are typically made Wednesdays or Thursdays.

Each caller will be assigned 10-15 patients (or more if desired!) to call weekly until they are no longer on our service.
