Description - Your Mission

• Conduct a variety of routine and complex clinical laboratory tests in chemistry, hematology, immunology, among others, adhering to established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform essential maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples diligently for various tests as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and contribute to maintaining high-quality lab standards.
• Uphold a clean, safe working environment while strictly following regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent degrees in allied health, complemented by preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Attain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hiring.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment.
