Target Range:

$70,304.00 - $85,000.00

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 12.5%Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 12.5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The Sr. Data Analyst helps the Credit department with data and automation solutions
  • Performing data mining and delivering business intelligence reporting using SQL, SSRS, Tableau, or Excel
  • Analyzing business functions and processes, document findings, and recommending operational improvements
  • Using the technical capacity to explore all systems-based solutions for internal customers, balancing efficiency, regulatory guidelines, and the customer experience
  • Perform other projects, support, and duties as assigned by management
  • Mentoring junior staff
