In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will work on-site, predominantly in the homes of patients within the West Palm Beach area. This unique setting allows you to design personalized treatment plans within the comfort of your patients' environments. Your typical workweek will involve 40 hours from Monday to Friday. • Conduct in-depth evaluations of patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs and goals.
• Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to various physical conditions, ensuring adherence to the physician's plan of care.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques to aid recovery and restore optimal function, documenting progress meticulously to maintain accurate treatment records.
• Create a collaborative environment by engaging with other healthcare professionals and family members to enhance patient outcomes.
• Provide ongoing education to patients and their caregivers about exercises, effective strategies for daily activities, and long-term health maintenance.
• Meet and strive to exceed minimum utilization goals while fostering a culture of exceptional customer service throughout your interactions.

Your patient demographics will encompass a diverse array of conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related injuries. This variety will allow you to apply a broad spectrum of expertise, providing you with significant professional development opportunities while directly affecting the recovery experiences of your patients.

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Active State License in Physical Therapy.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential for patient interactions and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Competency in using electronic health record systems and general computer proficiency for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to forge strong relationships with patients to motivate and guide them towards exceeding their functional goals.

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Two years of relevant clinical experience in various therapy settings is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with home health care models is a plus.
• A current CPR certification is required.

The full-time Physical Therapist position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, you can expect:
