Job Summary:
Perfict Global is a leading IT consulting services provider focused on providing innovative workforce solutions to Fortune 500 companies. They are seeking a skilled Backend Java Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable backend systems, while collaborating with front-end developers and ensuring high performance and security.
Responsibilities:
• Design and Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code. Develop and implement backend services and APIs to support new and ongoing projects.
• System Architecture: Collaborate with architects and other engineers to design scalable and robust system architectures.
• Integration: Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
• Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas, write complex SQL queries, and perform database migrations. Work with both relational and non-relational databases.
• Performance Tuning: Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Security: Implement security and data protection measures. Stay up-to-date with security standards and apply them to the development process.
• Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests, integration tests, and perform debugging. Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting code reviews and following best practices.
