Bilingual Japanese, Desktop Publisher Specialist, New York
We are seeking a DTP specialist to join our team to meet increased workload requirements of product integration with Asian operation.
The Desktop Publisher Specialist will perform specialized desktop publishing work, including page layout, chart construction, data checking, and assist with registration of research products.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare charts for research material based on data provided by analysts and translators
• Ensure layout and presentation of all published material conforms with internal requirements and that proper procedure has been followed
• Ensure quality (in terms of both aesthetics and numerical accuracy) and consistency for all charts in research materials
• Ensure that proper disclosures are appended to research reports
• Distribute and register certain research products according to the proper procedure
• Support and communicate with global team to help produce quality research products in timely manner
Requirements
• Computer proficiency, particularly with charts and graphs required.
• Great PC skills in Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
• Strong Japanese and English fluency (read, write, speak)
• Communication skills
• Financial and/or graphics background desired
