The work setting is primarily onsite at our patients' homes in the Irvine area. This home care model allows for personalized therapy sessions in comfortable and familiar surroundings. You will be part of a collaborative team comprised of fellow physical therapists and physical therapy assistants (PTAs), ensuring a holistic approach to patient care. Our established practice promotes work-life balance, with a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.

• Assess individual patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at improving mobility and functionality.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, maintaining a manageable patient load of one client per hour to ensure dedicated attention.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques to promote rehabilitation and prevent further injuries.
• Implement cost-effective interventions while minimizing reliance on medications and exploring non-surgical alternatives.
• Educate patients about their conditions, empowering them to take an active role in their rehabilitation process.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care approaches.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle by designing customized fitness and wellness programs based on the specific needs of each patient.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their treatment, assisting them in reaching their goals and improving their overall physical health.
• Monitor treatment effects and maintain meticulous records of services provided for each patient.

Your work will primarily focus on orthopedic patients recovering from various conditions, including post-operative care, injury rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. By tailoring your approach to address each patient's unique challenges, you will significantly contribute to their recovery experience. Understanding individual backgrounds and preferences is essential to building trust and enhancing treatment efficacy.

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required, with preferred credentials being a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Current valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• No disciplinary actions against professional license.
• Strong manual therapy skills and proficiency in developing effective exercise regimens.
• Experience with EMR systems, such as WebPT, to facilitate documentation and patient management.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Physical Therapist, specifically in orthopedic outpatient care.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing individualized rehabilitation programs.
• Competence in integrating advanced treatment modalities that enhance recovery.

The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
