This role is great for someone that is proactive, resourceful and driven. It requires strong construction knowledge, sketching skills, and the ability to professionally engage with homeowners and insurance agents.<\/span>

\n Schedule and conduct comprehensive on\-site inspections of high value residential properties as per carrier specific guidelines and procedures.<\/span>

\n Accurately document custom construction features, high\-end finishes, and unique architectural elements.<\/span>

\n Capture detailed measurements, photographs, and site observations.<\/span>
\n <\/div>\n
\n Identify potential underwriting concerns, hazards, and loss exposures.<\/span>

\n Develop accurate replacement cost estimates reflective of high\-quality materials and craftsmanship.<\/span>

\n Submit complete, timely web\-based reports that meet carrier\-specific guidelines.<\/span>
