Job description

We are currently seeking seasonal independent contractors to join our team from March through October.

As a Customer Service Contractor, you will support clients by providing accurate product and service information, assisting with inquiries, and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.

This is a seasonal contract opportunity with the potential to transition into a yearly, renegotiated agreement based on performance and business needs.

If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable troubleshooting technical concerns, we encourage you to apply.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update client records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
