Motorsports Mechanic

(A-Level) – Powersports

Big Hometown Motorsports | Marietta, OH

Big Hometown Motorsports is the Mid-Ohio Valley’s leading powersports dealership, representing Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Polaris, KTM, and CF MOTO. With the area’s largest selection of motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs, our service department maintains a steady, year-round workflow.

We’re hiring an A-Level Senior Service Technician who wants consistent hours, strong earning potential, and a high-performance shop environment.


Compensation

• Hourly base pay for income stability

• Productivity bonus based on flagged hours

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs

• Troubleshoot electrical, fuel, and engine performance issues

• Complete all repairs to OEM standards

• Perform routine services and pre-delivery inspections

• Ensure units are safe, accurate, and customer-ready

• Document work thoroughly and communicate effectively with service advisors


Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a motorcycle or powersports technician/mechanic

• Strong diagnostic ability (electrical + mechanical)

• Experience with major brands preferred

• OEM certifications a plus

• Must provide own tools

• Valid driver’s license (motorcycle endorsement preferred)
