Job description

We're currently hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional fleet. Drivers on this account operate consistent routes throughout the Mid-Atlantic while delivering retail freight to customer locations.
This is a physically active position that includes driver unloads using a roller system and offers weekly home time.
Account Details
  • Dedicated regional account
  • Weekly home time with a 34-hour reset
  • Average of 1,100 miles per week
  • Minimum of 3 loads each week
  • Approximately 1-6 delivery stops per trailer
  • 100% touch freight
  • Driver unload using rollers
  • Routes may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on operating schedules
Operating Area
Drivers primarily run within approximately 700 miles of the Front Royal distribution center, including:
  • Virginia
  • North Carolina
  • Washington, D.C.
  • Pennsylvania
  • West Virginia
  • Ohio
  • New Hampshire
Driver Pay
Base mileage pay is determined by verified experience:
  • 0-11 months: $0.77 CPM
  • 12-23 months: $0.78 CPM
  • 24-35 months: $0.79 CPM
  • 36+ months: $0.80 CPM

Additional compensation opportunities include:
  • $265 per full trailer unload
  • $15 stop pay
  • $125 weekly load bonus for qualifying drivers
  • $35 per backhaul

When base mileage pay and eligible accessorial compensation are combined, all-in pay may reach approximately $1.44 per mile, depending on miles driven, unloads, stops, backhauls, and other qualifying compensation.

Actual earnings vary based on miles, productivity, route assignments, and applicable compensation programs.

Paid Training
Qualified drivers receive one week of paid ride-along training with an experienced driver following orientation.

  • Have at least 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience

  • Be at least 21 years of age
