Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Make an impact where it matters most—at home, with families, and in the community.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who values individualized care, strong family partnerships, staff development, and meaningful clinical outcomes.

As a BCBA, you will provide clinical leadership for home-based ABA services, supervise and mentor direct-care staff, collaborate closely with caregivers, and use data-driven decision-making to help children build meaningful, lasting skills.

Because services are provided in the home and community, this position requires regular travel throughout assigned service areas.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight of individualized ABA treatment programs
  • Conduct behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments when appropriate
  • Develop, implement, and modify behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs
  • Analyze client data and make data-driven treatment decisions
  • Supervise, train, and provide ongoing feedback to RBTs and direct-care staff
  • Provide caregiver training and coaching to promote generalization of skills
  • Collaborate with families, schools, therapists, and other members of the treatment team
  • Conduct home-based supervision, assessments, caregiver training, and clinical visits
  • Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines
  • Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards, payer requirements, and organizational policies

What We’re Looking For

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field
  • 3+ years of ABA experience preferred
  • Experience providing or supervising pediatric and home-based ABA services preferred
  • Strong skills in behavioral assessment, treatment planning, data collection, and data analysis
  • Experience supervising and developing RBTs and other direct-care team members
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel to client homes within assigned service areas
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, individualized, and family-centered care

Who Thrives in This Role?

You may be a great fit if you are a BCBA who enjoys:

  • Mentoring and developing clinical staff
  • Building strong relationships with families
  • Creating practical treatment plans that work in real-life environments
  • Working independently while remaining connected to a supportive clinical team
  • Helping clients make meaningful progress that extends beyond the therapy session

Benefits & Compensation

We value the clinicians who make our mission possible and offer:

  • Competitive salary
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Holiday Pay
  • Health Insurance Benefits
  • Supportive clinical leadership
  • Collaborative team environment
  • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement
  • Flexible, home-based service model
