Job description

Vegas-Based Customer Service Representative

Parker Technology is an innovative leader in the ever-changing parking business. We are seeking to hire bright and self-motivated individuals for our Customer Service team. You'll be responsible for answering live, face-to-face video calls from parking customers across the US. We respond to questions or issues regarding parking services. Familiarity with each parking customer and their policies and the ability to scan computer screens for information enables the reps to answer questions or explain options.

Available Shifts (in PST):

  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Note: these are 5-day schedules with rotating Saturdays (one week Mon-Fri, the next week Tue-Sat)
