At Applied ABC, we believe every child deserves the chance to thrive and every clinician deserves a workplace that invests in them just as much. We provide exceptional, data-driven ABA therapy that creates real, lasting change for children and families. Our culture is collaborative, mission-driven, and built on the belief that the best outcomes happen when great clinicians are empowered to do their best work.

We're looking for a Per Diem BCBA who is passionate about clinical excellence, values flexibility, and wants to make a meaningful difference.

Why You'll Love Being Part of Applied ABC

  • Clinical Freedom: Focus on what you do best. We handle the operational complexity so you can stay focused on your clients
  • Flexibility That's Real: Build a schedule around your life, not the other way around. We work around your availability and match you with cases that fit
  • You're Never on Your Own: Every provider at Applied ABC is supported by a dedicated Staffing Coordinator and an assigned Case Manager so you always have someone in your corner
  • Tools That Work: Access Applied ABC's proprietary clinical platform, ATrack, built specifically for streamlined treatment planning, data collection, and documentation

Where You'll Make an Impact

As a Per Diem BCBA at Applied ABC, you'll deliver individualized, evidence-based ABA services that create meaningful progress for children and families. Whether working in-person or remotely, you'll be supported every step of the way.

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs
  • Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation
  • Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines
  • Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint

What Sets You Apart

Required

  • Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Current 8-hour supervision certificate
  • State licensure where applicable
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Nice to Have

  • Experience supervising RBTs or BCaBAs in a center-based or hybrid setting
  • Comfort working within digital clinical platforms for data collection and documentation
  • A collaborative mindset with a track record of strong family and team relationships

How We Set You Up for Success

At Applied ABC, we combine clinical excellence with strong operational support so you can focus on what matters most, helping clients make meaningful, lasting progress. Here's what that looks like in practice:

  • A dedicated Staffing Coordinator to match you with cases that fit your schedule and expertise
  • An assigned Case Manager to assist with case support and administrative needs
  • A specialized Clinical Support team to guide you through onboarding, help new BCBAs learn our systems and processes, and provide ongoing support with treatment plans, client assessments, and more
  • Access to ATrack, Applied ABC's proprietary platform for treatment planning, data collection, and documentation
  • A collaborative clinical environment where you're supported, heard, and valued

Join a Mission That Matters

If you're passionate about helping children thrive and looking for a role that fits your life without sacrificing clinical quality, this is your opportunity.

At Applied ABC, you'll find more than a caseload, you'll find a purpose.

Apply today and help us build brighter futures together. We review applications on a rolling basis and will be in touch with candidates who are a great fit.
