Support development and execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including pneumatic and hydrostatic testing procedures.
Assist project teams with planning, estimating, equipment selection, and execution strategies for specialty mechanical work.
Support Kiewit's internal self-perform specialty services program by expanding capabilities previously subcontracted to outside vendors.
Coordinate specialized equipment utilized on projects, including hydraulic tooling, pressure testing equipment, and capital assets managed through Kiewit's internal equipment system.
Travel to project sites (approximately two trips per month) to provide technical support, training, and operational guidance.
Develop and deliver training for field personnel performing specialty mechanical work.
Partner with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Equipment teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution.
Help establish best practices and continuously improve mechanical specialty service capabilities across the organization.
Qualifications
Required

Background in piping, mechanical construction, maintenance, or refinery/industrial facilities.
Strong understanding of applicable industry codes and mechanical testing requirements.
Experience supporting field operations on industrial or EPC projects.
Ability to travel to project sites approximately every other week.
Preferred
PCC-2 (ASME Post Construction Committee) training or certification.
Experience developing testing procedures or engineering work packages.
