We are looking for a loan officer with a chip on their shoulder who is tired of making someone else’s shop successful without receiving the support or opportunity to advance. You will receive direct backing from company leadership, warm relationship opportunities, experienced operational support, and a defined path from individual production into market, regional, and senior leadership.

• Continue originating and closing a strong pipeline of residential mortgage loans
• Establish and expand relationships with real estate professionals throughout your territory
• Work directly with company leadership to develop a market and team-growth strategy
• Identify, recruit, coach, and support additional loan officers and team members
• Set the example for production activity, borrower service, communication, and accountability
• Help build a recognizable and productive Generations Home Loans presence in the local market

• Active NMLS license in good standing
• Demonstrated success as a producing residential Mortgage Loan Officer
• An established record of developing real estate agent and referral relationships
• A desire to build, coach, and lead a mortgage production team
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• The ability to maintain personal production while assuming greater leadership responsibility

This is a performance-based mortgage origination opportunity designed for professionals who want the ability to grow their production, develop a long-term book of business, and advance into greater levels of responsibility.

Compensation is based on individual or team production, experience, role, and applicable leadership responsibilities. Successful producing loan officers may earn $150,000 to $300,000 annually or more, depending on performance.
