Join Our Team as a Production Technician – 3D Modeling & Tray Fabrication

Are you someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for hands-on work in 3D modeling and additive manufacturing? We are looking for a Production Technician to join our team and support the preparation, production, and finishing of custom trays and components. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a technical, creative environment and has experience with 3D modeling, printing, and custom tray fabrication.

What You’ll Do:

  • 3D Modeling & Printing: Work with 3D designs to prepare, produce, and finish custom trays and components using 3D printing and additive manufacturing processes.
  • Tray Fabrication: Fabricate custom trays by following detailed specifications and utilizing various fabrication techniques to ensure precision and functionality.
  • Quality Control: Perform thorough inspections of 3D printed components to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards before final production.
  • Hands-On Production: Prepare materials, operate 3D printers, and handle post-production finishing tasks such as cleaning, assembling, and testing custom trays.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with design and production teams to ensure all products are created according to specifications, ensuring the highest quality and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Prior experience in 3D modeling, printing, or tray fabrication is highly preferred. A background in additive manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow technical instructions and specifications.
  • Technical Skills: Comfort working with 3D modeling software (like SolidWorks, Rhino, etc.), as well as familiarity with 3D printing and manufacturing processes.
  • Problem-Solver: Ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during the production process, ensuring smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
  • Team Player: Strong collaboration skills with an ability to work effectively with different teams to meet production goals.
