Elevation Connect is always on the lookout for candidates to provide extraordinary customer service to our clients. These positions are work from home in one of the following states: AL, GA, KS, LA, MI, MS, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX

The Data Entry Analyst position will be responsible for working with non-profit organizations and low-income individuals; assisting with deactivations/activations, updating records, device orders and updates for mobile hotspots.

Duties will include:
  • Operates a computerized data entry system to accurately process and manage records, requiring basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
  • Transcribes routine, pre-coded, and identifiable alphanumeric data from source documents and/or phone calls into an automated system.
  • Performs data entry and related clerical tasks, including establishing accurate records for Direct Customers.
  • Assists with testing and feedback sessions on company and provider databases.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
Additional Information
  • Pay Rate: $14.00/hour
  • Hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Mountain Time
Position RequirementsRequired:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Must pass typing and basic computer literacy assessment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to complete work with a limited degree of supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to approach problems from multiple angles and identify practical, non-obvious solutions
Preferred:
  • Prior experience in a data entry position highly preferred 
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with EAM/BAN systems
  • Experience working with non-profit organizations
  • Some college coursework

  • Stable high-speed Internet connection at home, must be able to pass a speed test
  • Must have a quiet home office with a door, zero background noise
  • Must have own computer and USB headset

  • Wireless connections (Wi-Fi) are not supported. Employees should be directly connected to their ISP router with an Ethernet cable
  • Satellite internet is not currently supported
