Job description

Parish Tractor is looking for an Assembly Technician to join our team in Gonzales, LA. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude and are looking to build your career, we want to hear from you! 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Assemble equipment including tractors, RTVs, mowers, and implements according to manufacturer specifications. 
  • Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and functional testing to ensure proper operation. 
  • Install accessories, attachments, and customer-specific modifications. 
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed on service and assembly orders. 
  • Operate equipment safely for loading, unloading, and movement within the yard. 
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop and assembly areas. 
  • Assist with other shop duties as assigned. 

Requirements: 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly or equipment repair preferred. 
  • Personal toolset sufficient to perform core job duties (special tools provided). 
  • Working knowledge of small engines, hydraulics, and basic mechanical systems. 
  • Basic computer and documentation skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. 
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record. 
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Willingness to participate in Kubota Service EDUCATE training programs.
