Job Description
Partners with the Assistant Store Manager (ASM) in improving performance of the Home Appliance department (including other departments that may be combined with Home Appliances) through individual and team-based coaching. Sets expectations around selling the total solution and utilizing integrated retail tools to enhance Member Engagement Process and meet/exceed sales goals.
Qualifications
Demonstrates expertise in the Member Engagement Process and provides on-the-spot coaching to consultative sales associates in Home Appliances to ensure they understand the expected behaviors and display them in interactions with members.
*Conveys clear expectations, acts as a role model, and provides coaching to reinforce and help identify opportunities.
