Pay: $1454 - $1752 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

As a Critical Care RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care through comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Your ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, will foster understanding and collaboration among staff and patients alike. You will be sensitive to the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of patients, ensuring that their care is both holistic and responsive. Your organizational skills will ensure that department activities are managed efficiently, contributing to a well-organized and proficient care delivery system.
  • Provide quality customer service to patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Support and promote organizational programs to ensure quality patient care
  • Manage department/patient activities in a time-efficient manner
  • Utilize your skills in arterial line management, ventilator management, and more
  • Work with a patient ratio of 2-3 in a Medical-Surgical ICU setting
  • Utilize Epic for charting and documentation
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary support services including Physical Therapy and Respiratory Services
Requirements:
  • At least one year of recent Critical Care experience
  • Current RN licensure for the state of Texas
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA)
  • 2-Year Degree minimum, 4-Year Degree preferred
  • English proficiency (speak, read, write)
  • Previous travel experience preferred
  • Experience with Trauma Level I and II, LTAC, and community hospitals preferred
