Position: Registered Nurse

Willow Falls Senior Living is an industry-leading, independent, assisted living and memory care community in the heart of Crest Hill, Illinois. Our community is specifically designed to create a safe and stimulating environments for all our residents including those living with dementia. Our open concept encourages our residents to become involved in the daily rhythm of life in our community. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct health assessments and create personalized care plans for each resident.
