Our location in Olive Branch, Mississippi is currently seeking a Full-time, LTL Picker for our 2nd shift. The scheduled working hours will be Monday-Friday, 6pm - 2:30am; however, there will be times that require this candidate to come in early or stay late, based on business needs.

POSITION SUMMARY: As LTL Picker, you work as a member of a team responsible for picking items from rack bins for customer orders using a sit down or stand-up forklift. You will be responsible for the movement of material through the warehouse, there may be times that you are required to palletize and stage customer orders. You will also cross-train in additional warehouse positions as part of Ubique Group’s “We Move to the Work” approach, which empowers employees to expand their knowledge and skill sets.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick items to match customer orders
  • Use of electric sit down forklift, stand up forklift, and reach truck 
  • May require use of electric or manual pallet jack
  • Able to read and interpret a pick ticket
  • Must have a high level of accuracy
  • Using an RF handheld device

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of forklift experience
  • At least 1 year of experience operating a reach truck
  • Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, procedures, and pick tickets
  • Strong attention to accuracy and detail
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.
  • Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and handling small items.
  • Climbing off on forklifts (For positions that requires that).
