• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, crafting personalized treatment plans that encourage their progress.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services using secure virtual platforms, adapting methodologies to respond to the unique preferences and challenges of each client.
• Engage with clients to establish therapeutic goals, providing continuous support and guidance throughout their treatment journey.

In this role, you will provide support to a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional challenges. • Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build therapeutic relationships with clients in a virtual setting.
• Exhibits empathy, understanding, and a commitment to supporting clients through their mental health challenges.
• Strong organizational skills, allowing for efficient management of therapy sessions and meticulous documentation.

• Experience providing remote therapy or counseling services is highly advantageous, particularly within diverse and underserved populations.
• Background in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client tracking to streamline processes.
• Training or certification in specific therapeutic modalities that enhance the breadth of services offered to clients.
