Executive Assistant Needed for Metal Finishing Company, Chicago, IL Our client, a leading provider of electroless nickel plating solutions with over 120 years of industry experience, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant. This full-time, direct hire opportunity; offers a collaborative work environment with regular M-F daytime business hours of 35-40 hours per week. Job Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents. Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting notes when required. Maintain confidential files and sensitive business information. Assist with special projects and support day-to-day office operations. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Job Requirements Previous Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information. Very high proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
