Job description

TREO Staffing is currently hiring a General Laborer 

Job Duty Requirements: 

Must Pass Drug Screen 

Must not be scared of heights of 15 ft 

Must be able to work in confined space 

Required to wash Railcars 

Hole watch without distractions 

Wash interior and exterior railcars 

Remove valves from Railcars 

Apply valves properly with gaskets back to railcars

Proper use of torque wrenches 

Change Break Equipment 

Change nuts and bolts 

Apply mineral oil to railcar 

Proper use of grinders and hand tools 

Cut grass as needed 

Repair railcar tracks ( will require digging) 

Prep railcars to paint 

assist in paint mixing 

Apply decals to railcars 

and other duties as needed 


This is a full time, long-term position. 

Monday - Friday  40 hours a week
